About Me

Cloy David Feachen regards his work helping customers manage their health care plans, communication with health care providers to ensure lower costs, and his work establishing an on-site clinic program as his biggest professional accomplishments for the past 10 years. He accomplishes all this through his position as general manager at Nexcaliber and as the founder, owner and operator of Entira Incorporated, both located in Dallas, Texas.

As general manager at Nexcaliber, a member of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, Cloy David Feachen manages general operations and sales. He personally has 40 years of experience in the health and life insurance industry, and over 15 years of that time have been spent working with Nexcaliber.

Cloy David Feachen started Entira Incorporated in Dallas, making it one of the first employer funded, on-site clinics in the Eastern Texas area. As president, owner and operator of Entira, he is responsible for the management and day-to-day operation of the business.
